We’re excited to kick off the holiday season this weekend at Nordic Brewpub in Monticello for the Nordic Julemarket Winter Market. This event is always top-notch, and the team behind it does an incredible job bringing together small businesses and the community during the Christmas season.

I am so excited to introduce one of two new candle fragrances: Hellbent.

After marrying me in 2019, my wife Julie received a sobering crash course in my entrepreneurial endeavors and the rollercoaster she had signed up for. I'm sure other small business owners can relate to the grind and volatility, as well as the risks and rewards of stepping out in faith. Though we may thrive on the unknown, to a spouse it can sometimes feel scary. The path forward requires tenacity, determination, and unparalleled work ethic, hellbent on creating something great. In our marriage, I often bring the heat, while she provides the brightness so it's only fitting that Hellbent captures spicy black pepper balanced with bergamot. With Hemingway, I wanted to capture my journey as a creative guy who has spent most of his life bouncing back and forth between the north woods of Minnesota and the bright blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Named after the conflicted and controversial journalist/author who also split his time between Midwest and the Florida keys, this soy candle is the perfect blend of tonka and driftwood.
