While most of the boutique is part of our closing sale, a few special pieces have already started arriving for our next chapter.

There’s something about an American flag at dusk that makes you pause for a moment.
A quiet reminder that freedom has never come without sacrifice.

Memorial Day feels quieter somehow. Found in folded flags, evening skies, moments of reflection, and the names carried in the hearts of families forever changed by service and sacrifice.

This weekend, we honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives for our country. With Josh having served, respect for those who serve and sacrifice has always held a meaningful place in our family.

May we never forget the cost of the freedoms we often take for granted.

The black birdcage sat in my basement for almost a year before I finally figured out where it belonged.

I found it at a flea market with a dear friend who loves the hunt as much as I do, and honestly, that’s part of why I could never let it go. It wasn’t just the birdcage itself. It was the adventure. The laughter. The wandering through booths convinced we might discover some forgotten treasure around the next corner.

That’s how so much of my home has come together over the years.

Not from following a theme.
Not from trying to make everything match.
Not from trends.

Just a collection of things I’ve loved. Marketplace finds. Flea market treasures. Art from artists that made me stop and feel something. Pieces collected slowly over time that somehow end up fitting together anyway.

Josh jokes that I store “beautiful junk” in the basement until inspiration finally hits, and honestly… he’s not wrong.

But lately I’ve realized how much joy there is in that process. In slowing down enough to notice what you’re drawn to. In creating a home and a life that feels personal instead of rushed.

I think somewhere along the way many of us stopped allowing ourselves to simply enjoy things. We became so focused on responsibilities, productivity, survival mode, and what needs to happen next that we forgot how important it is to reconnect with the things that make us feel inspired, calm, creative, or alive again.

Maybe that’s reading the book you keep putting off.
Maybe it’s taking the little day trip you always talk yourself out of.
Maybe it’s sitting outside without your phone for twenty minutes.
Or maybe it’s dragging home a giant birdcage from a flea market simply because it made you happy and reminded you of a beautiful day with a friend.

I don’t know exactly what this next chapter looks like yet. But I do know I want more of this version of living. Less rushing. More noticing.

In June we will be open Saturday from 10 to 3 or by appointment to shop. We have fresh markdowns added throughout the boutique.

As many of you know, we’re entering the final chapter of this storefront season, and the shop is changing quickly week by week. Inventory is moving, displays are shifting, and each visit feels a little different right now.

Right now you’ll find boutique clothing, accessories, creative supplies, curated finds, and hidden gems throughout the store with markdowns ranging from 20% to 75% off.

Our growing $20 & under section has become a customer favorite, and we’re still mixing in beautiful full price arrivals and select curated pieces throughout the boutique as we continue this transition.

If you’ve been wanting to stop in, browse slowly, treasure hunt a little, and experience the shop one more time in this season, now is truly the time.

The mixed prints, the soft gathered detail, the flowy fit… and yes, it has pockets 🙌

It’s one of those pieces that feels artsy, effortless, and a little bit boho romantic all at once. And if you know me. My favorite combination.

We only have a few left in the shop as we move through the final weeks of our storefront chapter, and this one has definitely been getting attention.

Just a few of the new arrivals making their way into the shop before this chapter closes.

These embroidered beauties are giving everything we love right now, soft texture, beautiful detail, easy everyday styling, and that little touch of whimsy Styled Reverie has always been known for.

We’ve also moved even more pieces into The Final Edit as we step into the final weeks of the storefront chapter.

Lately the shop has been filled with unexpected visits, long hugs, stories, laughter, and so many kind words from people who have supported this little dream over the years.

Honestly, Henri looks pretty committed to the role of captain. 🚣🐈

But in all seriousness, getting back to little home projects and creative corners around the house has been feeling so darn good lately!

Now tell me…does anyone else buy home decor with full intentions and then let the pets completely take over?
