The search is over for our next flip! After touring a TON of houses this fall and not finding a deal in the bunch, we finally landed on this spacious, well-loved home in a beautiful, high end neighborhood. This home is currently 4,000 square feet with an additional 1,000 in the lower level. It also boasts a 3 car garage and a POOL! We can't wait to bring on the high design and the comfortable luxury.

CLOSED!! The sale of our beautifully renovated house on Maddox Lane has officially closed, and it's happy times all around! The housing market is tough right now, but we were confident in our work and are pleased that this fabulous home can now start its next chapter with its new owners.

There have been SO many subcontractors on site and so many milestones hit on our Edina project that it's dizzying! Those include the installation of all the cabinets, the kitchen countertops, the exterior doors, and the start of the upper level bath tile. The rest of the appliances were also delivered, the egress window was expertly installed, and the lower level carpet went in. More updates soon!

Welcome to our current flip, which is a two story home in beautiful West Edina!! Demo finished in January, and we've been off to the races since then with structural engineering, a ton of carpentry, all necessary rough-ins, drywall and first round of paint. Our huge milestone this week? The GORGEOUS hardwood floors went in, which now cover both the main floor and upper level of this home. Final coat will occur later, but they're now covered and protected as we move onto tile, carpet install in the lower level and our CUSTOM CABINETS!!!

This one was a long time coming, but the sale of our one level townhouse in Plymouth has officially closed!! The new owners get to move in just in time for the ice to melt on the pond, and we now get to FULLY focus on our West Edina single family beauty. So much more coming soon!! ♥️
