Mark your calendar, grab your crew, and get ready for a Halloween market that’s actually worth showing up for 🎃🕷️

Join us Sunday, October 26th from 11AM–3PM at Mesa Plaza (right in front of Hobby Lobby West) for a Halloween hangout like no other—local vendors bringing spooky specials, food trucks cooking up the good stuff, live music to set the vibe, and candy.

There’ll be meet & greets, live music by 915 Legendz(an all kids band), and more little surprises that we’re keeping under wraps (for now). Costumes are encouraged, fun is guaranteed, and if you miss it—don’t say we didn’t warn you.

🌶️ Belvidere Market Salsa Competition – Rules & Guidelines

Prizes
    •    🥇 1st Place: $100
    •    🥈 2nd Place: $50
    •    🥉 3rd Place: $25

Requirements for Each Participant
    1.    Ingredients List – must provide a full list of ingredients (for food safety and allergy purposes).
    2.    Quantity – minimum 16 oz per salsa. We recommend 32 oz (1 quart) for best exposure.
    3.    Number of Salsas – up to 2 different salsas per participant.
    4.    Container – bring salsa in disposable containers with serving spoon/ladle if possible.
    5.    Set-up – participants should arrive early to set up their salsa samples before judging begins.

Judging Criteria
    •    Flavor & balance
    •    Authenticity/creativity
    •    Presentation

Important Notes
    •    All salsas must be homemade.
    •    Please keep food at safe serving temperatures.
    •    Belvidere Market will provide sample cups and chips for tasting.
