This morning I went to check the final coat of polyurethane that we applied on this vintage floor yesterday. I could only hope to look half this good if I lived to be over 100 years old.

Today I applied the final coat of oil based polyurethane on this gorgeous new white oak floor that we installed recently. After 35 years, I never get tired of seeing the beautiful end result.

On this day, 30 years ago, Stauffer's Wood Floors became official. It's a milestone that I couldn't even imagine at the age of 25. I'd like to take a moment to thank every person who ever put their faith in us to do their wood floor and remodeling projects over the years, no matter how big or small.
