Wallpaper install by the best, Lauren Geisler! 🤍
Our first attempt at this wallpaper didn’t go as planned—the paper was defective and kept coming off the walls during installation. Not the installer’s fault at all. We immediately took action, and the wallpaper company replaced every. single. roll. It was one of those bizarre construction moments that you don’t see coming, and thankfully, it was handled quickly and professionally.
This is exactly why having the right people in your network matters.
After 20+ years in this industry, I’ve learned that the pretty part of a project is only half the story. There are plenty of moments behind the scenes where experience, relationships, and knowing who to call make all the difference.
Things happen in construction. Materials can be defective, deliveries can go sideways, and occasionally, something just doesn’t work the way it should. Having good people around you makes those moments so much easier to navigate.
I’m thankful for my network of vendors, trades, and installers every day. I’ve worked hard to build those relationships over the years, and I don’t take them for granted.
And thankfully… this wallpaper is finally staying put. I can’t wait to show the rest of this room as we continue putting it all together! 😉
