Jalapeño poppers made and now what to do with the rest of it! I have been dehydrating the pepper and making fire salt. Any other suggestions?

Vet said she is about a year old. Totally house broken, walks with a leash, quiet not a barker, good with cats, dogs, loves kids, she was found on the side of the road almost dead. The guy who found has gotten her back to good health, still needs to gain a bit of weight, my client says she is the sweetest dog and would take her but they have 6. Her son lives in an apartment and he is not able to keep her.

We redecorated the wall with cutting boards. The big one in the middle is from the late 1800s from Turkey, they made Naan on it!
