An amazing sculpture from local artist Dave Baskins with a great story behind it. This piece of wood came from an oak tree that stood on land belonging to David's family in Tennessee. The tree was located by a spring, and David’s great grandfather hung a ladle from the tree so that passersby could stop to rest and get a drink. When the tree fell, David was able to gather remnants and created this unique piece in honor of his great grandfather‘s heart for others.
