If you’ve ever visited American West, you’ve probably met one of us. And if you’ve only shopped with us online...welcome. 🤍 This is us.
We’re Bryan and Camie, the husband-and-wife team behind American West.
American West is very much a family business, and just like we run our family, we run the store—together.
Bryan is the steady hand behind so much of what happens here. As a general contractor and co-owner of ARDEN+SIENNA | PNW Interior Design Studio, he approaches every decision through the lens of, “How will this actually work?” While I’m dreaming up ideas, Bryan is figuring out how to bring them to life. He oversees everything from receiving freight to running our warehouse and keeping the day-to-day operations moving. And when needed, you’ll find him on the sales floor helping customers. His attention to detail and ability to solve problems are incredible gifts, and neither American West nor ARDEN+SIENNA would exist without him.
Then there’s me—I’m Camie. I’m the creative vision behind much of what you see at American West. From walking miles at Market searching for the perfect pieces, to buying, styling and merchandising the store, designing homes through ARDEN+SIENNA, creating our content, and helping customers create homes they love, I wear a lot of hats. (Bryan will tell you I usually get the final say on what we buy...and he’s probably right. 😉)
We’ve built this business the same way we’ve built our family—together.
One thing people definitely don’t tell you about owning a home store? The cardboard. 😂 Mountains of it. Every. Single. Week.
But the boxes, the freight, the buying trips, and the long days are all worth it because of you.
