Hooked on the Creator is an independent crochet business that makes items small and large for a fee. All made to order items require a 50% deposit. There are no refunds on made to order items, however items that are damaged within 30 days of receipt will be repaired or replaced at no additional charge. Made to order items not claimed or paid for within 14 days of completion are subject to resale

and the original buyer looses the deposit. For sale items are final sale with the same 30 day repair or replace guarantee. Thank you for your business.
