Wax on Tap is back Saturday, September 26, from noonโ4pm, with Heartland, A Warm Hug, and Sunflower on tap.
Choose your vessel, choose your fragrance, and pour your own candle for just $2 an ounce. No studio fee. No admission. Just an affordable, creative way to spend part of your Saturday.
Bring your friends. Bring your coffee or your drink with a lid. Stay awhile. We actually love when Wax on Tap turns into social time โ catching up with friends, meeting someone new, or simply enjoying a slower afternoon.
Your candle needs about an hour to set, sometimes longer for larger or ceramic vessels, so last call for pouring is 3pm for same-day take-home.
While you wait, grab lunch, wander around Ellinwood, visit the museum, head out to Cheyenne Bottoms, or catch the 1pm Underground Tunnel Tour. Just pour your candle first โ those tours can take a couple of hours.
One quick note: please skip the shot glasses. They're too small for our wicks and can get very hot. Vessels larger than 1 ounce are best.
