Have you thought about how a microwave built into your island or lower cabinetry can completely free up counter space and make your kitchen feel larger? 🤔✨

They're especially useful in open layouts where every inch of counter real estate matters. Pull-out access also makes them easier to use for kids and shorter family members!

🎉🧺 HAPPY FUN FRIDAY! 🧺🎉

The weekend is almost here, and you know what that means…

It's time for the WEEKEND LAUNDRY OLYMPICS! 🏅😂

Today's events include:

🥇 THE BASKET DODGE — Successfully ignoring the laundry basket every time you walk by.

🥈 THE DRYER DELAY — Remembering those clothes in the dryer… approximately 6 hours later.

🥉 THE SOCK MYSTERY — Sending two socks into the washer and getting one back. WHERE DOES IT GO?! 🧦😂

🏆 THE FOLDING MARATHON — Washing everything Saturday and finally folding it… Wednesday.

We have a feeling there are some GOLD MEDALISTS among us! 😂

👇 Which event are YOU winning this weekend?

Whatever your plans, we hope you have a wonderful Friday and a fantastic weekend!

📚🍎 THROWBACK THURSDAY! 🍎📚

Okay… this one might unlock a memory you haven’t thought about in YEARS. 😂

Do you remember your old school LUNCHBOX?!

Back before insulated lunch bags and fancy containers, your lunchbox was practically a personality statement. 😆

🚀 Spaceships?
🌸 Flowers?
🚜 Tractors?
📺 Your favorite TV show or character?
🏈 Maybe your favorite sports team?

And if you had the matching Thermos… you were REALLY doing well. 😂

Inside? Probably a sandwich wrapped in a plastic bag, some chips, a cookie, an apple that may or may not have actually been eaten… and maybe a little note from Mom. ❤️

So now we HAVE to know…

👇 WHAT WAS ON YOUR LUNCHBOX?

Bonus points if you can still picture it — or somehow STILL HAVE IT! 😲

We have a feeling this comment section might bring back some great memories. ❤️

🏡❤️ WHAT MAKES A HOUSE FEEL LIKE HOME? ❤️🏡

It’s funny… when we think about “home,” it usually isn’t the walls, the furniture, or how perfectly everything is decorated.

It’s the little things. ❤️

☕ Coffee brewing in the morning.
🍲 Dinner cooking on the stove.
👟 Shoes piled by the door.
🐾 The dog stealing your favorite spot on the couch. 😂
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Kids, grandkids, family & friends coming through the door.
🧺 A laundry basket that somehow NEVER stays empty.
😂 And laughter coming from the next room.

Those are the things that turn a house into HOME.

And really, that’s a big part of why we love what we do at Brown’s. The appliances and mattresses may be what we sell… but we know they become part of the everyday moments happening inside your home. ❤️

Now we’d love to hear yours…

👇 What’s one little thing that instantly makes YOUR house feel like home?

🧺✨ TUESDAY TIP! ✨🧺

Your washer works hard for you… so after laundry day, give it a little breathing room! 😂

If you have a front-load washer, a few simple habits can help keep things fresh between loads:

🚪 Leave the washer door slightly open after you're finished
🧼 Let the detergent dispenser air out when possible
💧 Give the door gasket a quick wipe to remove leftover moisture

That little bit of airflow can help prevent moisture and odors from hanging around inside.

Because your washer LOVES clean laundry…

Sitting around damp all day? Not so much. 😂😂

A tiny habit that can make a big difference! ❤️
