Warm wood, creamy cabinetry, and clean modern details. A kitchen designed to feel timeless, welcoming, and easy to live in. 🤍

Proof that warm and modern can absolutely coexist.

We traded the typical “spa bathroom” formula for something a little more architectural—warm wood, graphic black fixtures, clean stone, and that fluted wall wrapping right into the shower. Minimal, but definitely not boring.

And yes, a TV across from the tub was 100% part of the plan. 😉

All about the view!
Soft neutrals, warm woods, tailored details and just enough contrast create a space that feels calm, collected and completely at home on the water. We kept the palette intentionally quiet, letting texture, shape and that incredible lake view do the talking.

And that coffee table? A moment all on its own.

Where focus meets form. ✨

A glassed in home office designed to feel polished, architectural, and anything but corporate. Strong black moments, warm natural wood, sculptural lighting, and layers of texture create a workspace that feels sophisticated without taking itself too seriously.

Because the room you work in should inspire you, too.

Moody, modern, and made for entertaining. 🥂
From the dramatic black cabinetry and illuminated w**e storage to the warm brass details and sculptural stone, this lower-level bar was designed to feel less like a basement and more like a destination.

Because the best rooms aren’t just beautiful—they make you want to stay awhile.

Forget the accent wall. Build an experience.

When every material has a purpose, every meal feels a little more special.

Would you have dinner here?

Moody. Warm. Timeless.

The richness of matte black cabinetry meets the softness of white oak, while a fluted backsplash adds just enough texture to elevate the entire space.

This is what Livable Modern looks like—high design without sacrificing comfort.
