Thanks to a good friends referral. The International Motor Racing Research Center reached out to us a couple months ago to provide flowers for their Gala honoring Tommy Hilfiger. We provided 32 arrangements which we set up yesterday afternoon. I was able to speak with Tommy and his sister Betsy while setting the table arrangements. Was Impressive seeing all the local businesses attending and sponsoring the gala.
As a small business owner we depend on support like this from our local banks, corporations, and customers.
Congratulations to Tommy for the Argetsinger award and thanks PJ for the referral! We hope those who attended liked our presentation of flowers.

He’s from one of our milkweed plants. I suspect that he’s just staying there to finish getting his wings to dry out. We always have some less late in the year because of all the milkweed that we have here.

I love the look when the wet leaves cling to the hoop house roof, it’s a sure sign of fall when there are that many leaves. With that though it in mind if you have not started to bring your plants inside for the winter, now is the time. Looks like frost later in the week. Happy Fall!
