Made up a large batch of tortillas this morning! Homemade is our favorite!
Between gardening, cooking, cleaning for ourselves and making fried pies for farmers markets these will be making many quick easy meals while at the same time keeping it healthy. When you're focused on eating clean it takes some brain work to keep food around when you don't have extra time on your hands.

Using a 50/50 of unbleached and organic flour, these tortillas turned out AMAZING!

Well it feels like crawling out of hibernation doing a full batch of pies again! Hearing the oil bubbling and singing while frying the pies is like music to the ears! 😍
I enjoy Farmers Market season, and this is only the beginning of many joyful days spent frying 😊

Had fun filling pie orders today☺️

Who knew that they can still get creme pies?.. yes, for special orders we do cremes. Used to do it regularly but was extra work and too much hassle with not more sales but of course those are still some people's favorites, so we can still do them by special order.
Me personally..? Cremes are the best😄
