📣No one's home is perfect!📣

There I said it....and I mean it! A home is more than just a showpiece. While there is no doubt that your home should bring you pride, it should also feed your soul!

Your home should:
1) Function properly for you and your loved ones.
2) Give you the feeling of peace and safety.
3) Be the foundation for your family and friends to grow and build memories filled with all there is in life.

I'm going to say it again, no one's home is perfect! Also no home can instantaneously meet all of these needs, but you can enjoy the journey to get there!

Trust me, there will be some frustration along the way, but oh the wonderful belly roll laughter that ensues after is hard to beat!

Nothing fills me with more joy and pride than working with not only my own family, but also other family's to help them achieve the foundation of home! 🥰💗

Introducing NestSTR Tips 🕊

These are some of the common and uncommon questions that I get on a regular basis for STR clients.

While pets are beloved members of many families, offering pet-friendly accommodations may not always lead to increased occupancy rates or revenue for your STR. 😮

A pet-friendly STR does NOT automatically increase ADR. Actually in some cases it can cause more $$$ for property owners.

Evaluate the demand in your market before investing in this amenity. Take into account that with these accommodations more considerations need to be taken for cleaning services, and furnishing/finish durability.
