The mudroom from our Turner home is truly breathtaking. Black stained cabinetry pairs beautifully with waxed terracotta floors and warm brass accents, while abundant natural light brings the space to life. Just steps from the pool, a cleverly concealed washer and dryer make it easy to toss in wet towels and bathing suits, keeping the space as functional as it is beautiful.

Take a step into our Groveland Scullery. A well designed scullery keeps the behind-the-scenes work exactly where it belongs, out of sight. It provides a dedicated space for meal prep, dirty dishes, and cleanup, allowing the main kitchen to stay organized and guest-ready while you’re entertaining. The hunt for the perfect green involved a whole lot of paint samples, but it was worth it. Inspired by the mood and warmth of Kendall Jenner’s iconic kitchen, we tested shade after shade before landing on this beautiful hue. Paired with striking marble and thoughtful details throughout, the result feels timeless, inviting and uniquely our own. P.S. can you spot the integrated outlets? 👀

The scullery from The Turner continues to take our breath away. Between the warm mahogany pantries, timeless black and white mosaic flooring and aged brass details, every inch feels layered, classic and inviting.

Introducing our latest project, The Turner. Located in Allentown’s historic West End, the 1917 home known as “The Turner” was transformed for a young family seeking modern living while respecting its architectural roots. Key renovations included a kitchen expanded into the butler’s pantry with light-filled additions, a new mudroom with custom storage, and seamless indoor-outdoor flow for family life. Upstairs, the principal suite was relocated and outfitted with a luxurious dressing room and spa-like bath, while other areas, including a third-floor bath, second-floor laundry, and pool house, were thoughtfully updated. The project balanced historical charm with contemporary functionality, resulting in a warm, sophisticated home tailored to the family’s lifestyle.
