This one was too pretty to not share! These red oak floors were brought back to their full potential. We used a Jacobean stain to give the customer the look she was after, making this beautiful house shine!

Keepin it classy and natural with Red oak floors and Loba on top! Sanded, filled and finished to perfection. These turned out great and we are so glad for the opportunity to work with contractors and homeowners throughout the city. 💜

Would you believe this floor is almost 100 years old?! A little bit of elbow grease, sand paper and some muscle and here we are!!! Loved this one and the customer was absolutely amazing! We truly love our floors and hope you do too! 💜👍☺️💜

American cherry floors throughout this beautiful home… We installed new 2 1/4” cherry throughout a few rooms to update the clients needs. Sanded out all the ambered 1990’s polyurethane finish and got down to the nitty gritty! 😊 The floor was finished to perfection by yours truly!!! 😘🍒

Australian cypress was an absolute pleasure to sand!!! This was my first time sanding this type of wood and might be my new favorite 💜 love and light and pretty floors 🥰

Love this hickory floor!!!! We installed 4” hickory throughout the beautiful home and a few solid staircases. Sanded this baby THOROUGHLY, lots of bags of dust, splinters and a few sore backs… but job turned out 100%! Hickory is always challenging for the body and even the sanders. Such a hard floor, but do it once and leave it for the next couple hundred years, no doubt! 💕 Here’s to a great job and great way to end the week! Love working for these awesome builders who create amazing homes and so grateful to be a part of these projects.

The new kitchen on its way! We were able to keep half of the existing red oak floors for one final sand! Laced into them (very carefully) and sanded, stained and finish to this classic color. This was a fun one, and never a dull day when you work with the best people around!! 🌞

These white oak floors were the color of honey before we got our hands on them. They were very yellow and ambered from years of polyurethane finish and sunlight... We installed new floors lacing into the old (betcha can’t tell where) 😜 .. sanded, filled and three coats of water based finish! No smell and sealed to perfection. We used a high traffic finish to add years of durability and good looks! HAPPY FRIDAY 🥰

The market is constantly changing and being able to provide to our clients what they wish is key to having a fluid business that constantly evolves! 🌎 This installation totally transformed this home! We ripped out multiple types of flooring, multiple transitions and mismatched colors. Did a little bit of floor prep and installed this beautiful Italian LVP throughout for a main level. This type of product is great for clients who want a quick turnaround and do not want to break the bank.

In honor of President’s Day tomorrow, this local replica of the world’s most famous office, it’s the floors that command respect. American Black Walnut and rift white oak planks are laid in four chevron patterns that emanate from the center of the room to its curved walls. An exquisitely crafted bent border frames the dramatic pattern and emphasizes the room’s famously oval contour.
