Meet Emily, our fearless leader and the heart of our team!

Emily co-founded the company in 2015 with her dad, Remo, and has been inspiring us ever since! She’s built more than just a business - she’s created a team that feels like family! Whether it’s a brainstorming session, a coffee break, or just a good laugh, she’s always there to lift us up!

Outside of work, Emily loves camping, traveling with her husband Bill, and exploring the outdoors with her doodles, Dixie and Macie! She works hard, plays hard, and somehow makes it all look easy!

And no, we’re not just saying this because she’s our boss and will definitely see this later!!

Meet Megan, the glue that holds it all together around here! As our Accounting Associate, she makes sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so the rest of us can do what we do best.

A true Colorado native, Megan is all about that outdoor life. Whether she’s hiking, playing volleyball, or just soaking up the sun, she’s always ready for an adventure. Her bucket list? Bungee jumping and witnessing the northern lights. And when she’s not out exploring, you’ll probably find her at a concert or enjoying a drink with friends. She’s got a special place in her heart for Red Rocks, and AJR’s show there? Unforgettable.

Meet Alicia, our design wizard who transforms blank walls and empty spaces into works of art. As one of our certified Senior Interior Designers, she’s passionate about bringing her clients’ visions to life with creativity and heart. For Alicia, design isn’t just about choosing finishes – it’s about crafting spaces that evoke emotion and enhance well-being.

Originally from Albuquerque, NM, Alicia, her husband Nate, and their two dogs, Desi and Jojo, made the leap to Colorado in 2015. When she’s not busy creating dream spaces, you’ll find her crocheting, crafting, singing (yes, she’s a rockstar in the making), or cooking up something delicious. Alicia’s love for exploring, strong coffee, and making the most of a lazy day off perfectly balance her creative and adventurous spirit.
