Class & Sass Bakeshop will be at First Friday Downtown Enid starting at 6PM with a table FULL of sweet treats — including several brand-new goodies!

We’re bringing back your favorites like Coconut Cream Cake, The OG New York Cheesecake, Tres Leches and Crumble Buns… plus some new faces:

Everything is made from scratch the Class & Sass way — no seed oils, no high fructose corn syrup, starting with unbleached flour and pure cane sugar.

Oatmeal Cream Pies have officially joined the Class & Sass lineup! 🤎

We took the same soft, chewy oatmeal cookies you already love from our PB&J Oatmeal Pies and gave them a whole new filling.

Sandwiched between those two oatmeal cookies is a homemade marshmallow fluff ermine filling — creamy, fluffy, and made completely from scratch, including the marshmallow fluff. 🙌

No store-bought marshmallow creme.
No high fructose corn syrup.
Just the Class & Sass way. ✨

If you love a classic oatmeal cream pie, you’re going to want to try this one.

Tres Leches for TWO is back! 🤎

They may look a little different than you remember, but underneath is the same delicious, made-from-scratch Tres Leches you know and love.

And that topping? 😮‍💨

A housemade mixed berry compote made with raspberries, blueberries, blackberries & strawberries. It’s sweet, a little tart, and SO good with that cold, milky Tres Leches.

These pans are made for two… although I won’t judge if you decide the second serving is also yours. 😂

Meet the Naked CC Cookie!

Yep. It’s exactly what it sounds like. 😂 Everything you love about our new Chocolate Chip Cookie… minus the chocolate chips.

That same golden brown sugar dough, baked into a big, soft and perfectly chewy cookie — because apparently some of y’all have been waiting for somebody to just leave the chocolate out. 😂

And since this one came straight from customer requests, we had to make it happen!

NEW to Class & Sass 🍪

Meet our new Chocolate Chip Cookie — classic-looking, but definitely not basic.

A rich golden brown sugar cookie dough packed with semi-sweet chocolate chips and dark chocolate chunks, baked to that perfect soft, chewy texture. And somehow? These babies stay beautifully chewy even straight from the fridge. 🤤

The dark chocolate chunks keep a little bite to them, which makes the texture SO good.

And I’m just saying… one of these with a scoop of vanilla ice cream smashed between two cookies? 👀 Next-level ice cream sandwich.

🎃 These little sweeties are FINALLY finished! 🎃

And when I say these are a labor of love… I mean LABOR. 😂 My back is killing me, and every single one of those little jack-o’-lantern faces takes some time and patience.

But LOOK AT THEM. 🥹🎃

And they taste even better than they look. The best way I can describe them is pumpkin pie in cookie form — soft, warmly spiced, and full of that cozy pumpkin flavor.

These are definitely not a quick little cookie to throw together, but seeing a whole batch of those goofy little pumpkin faces staring back at me makes it worth it. 😂

🎃 Pumpkin Sweeties will be available at First Friday in Downtown Enid!

And these will absolutely be LIMITED QUANTITY because my back has already informed me that we will NOT be making 100 of them. 😂
