A few weeks of quiet does not mean a slow season. It just means the work has been full.

On the design side, I just wrapped up two game room redesigns, and right now I am deep in a lighting package and cabinet hardware selections for the big remodel with , plus getting a California condo client set up with her onboarding as we completely reimagine both of her bedrooms during a remodel.

On the marketing side, I am finalizing retreat details for a new corporate group checking in at Range Vintage Trailer Resort on Monday and in the middle of email strategy for a collagen brand I am genuinely excited about.

Two disciplines and a lot of good work moving at the same time. This chapter has been worth every bit of the build.

A little update on the home remodel project we are working on. After a lot of planning the action has begun!

New windows are in, demo is underway, and I have been deep in design selections with our client and JLynn Consulting. Working alongside Jessica Sigler, Realtor is so much fun, and our client makes it even better. Dream project, dream people!

A little chaos, a lot of potential, and a vision that is coming into focus with every single decision. The before and after is going to be fab!

Your patients notice more than the care they receive.

Good medical office design is about more than aesthetics. Every material I select accounts for cleanability and infection control. Every layout is planned around ADA compliance and patient flow. The goal is a space that works as hard as your team does and that patients feel the moment they arrive.

This side porch sat completely empty for as long as we lived here. No furniture, no reason to even walk over there. Just wasted square footage with a whole lot of potential we kept ignoring.

Then my 14-year-old son, Brox, built the outdoor sofa I had been dreaming of. All by hand. Heavy solid wood, real craftsmanship, and built to last for years. I honestly could not be more proud of what he created.

And just like that, this forgotten corner of our porch became the spot everyone gravitates to.
The spaces you overlook are often the ones with the most to give. Sometimes all it takes is someone willing to see the potential and do something about it.

This bedroom project had everything going for it from the start. Great bones and gorgeous natural light. My client was ready for something warmer, more welcoming, a little more cozy modern cabin and a little less formal.

So we got to reimagine the whole feeling of the space from the ground up. New furniture, new mood, same gorgeous light and great bones to build from.

The way it feels when you walk in now? Completely different.

Sneak peek into the process of this dreamy kitchen remodel I’ve been working on!

One of my favorite parts of this job is the very beginning sitting down with clients to really understand how they cook, how they move through their space and what they’ve always wished their kitchen could be. From there I build it all out with scaled layouts, detailed cabinet features, design illustrations and full photorealistic renderings so they can see exactly what they’re getting before construction ever begins.

No guessing. No surprises. Just their dream kitchen coming to life exactly as they imagined it.

The past few weeks have been full in the best way!

I’ve been working on a home remodel project and what makes it even more special is that I get to partner on it with one of my dearest friends, Jessica Prachyl-Sigler with Jlynn Consulting. There’s something really fun about working alongside people you genuinely love and trust!

This week looked like a little bit of everything. A field trip to the window factory (so many options!), checking out floor samples, and a pre design meeting over coffee talking through ideas and priorities. These early steps may not be glamorous, but they’re where the magic starts!

We’re reworking nearly the entire home including the kitchen, bathrooms, closets, pantry, and laundry, and I’m so excited for us to keep shaping this vision and bringing it to life.

If things have been a little quiet on here, it’s only because there’s been a lot of design happening behind the scenes. I can’t wait to start sharing more as this one unfolds, it’s going to be beautiful!
