There’s just something special about baking sourdough 🍞✨

Not only does it taste amazing, but it actually has some great health benefits too. The natural fermentation process helps break down gluten, making it easier to digest for many people. It also supports gut health thanks to the good bacteria created during fermentation, and it has a lower glycemic index compared to regular bread, meaning it won’t spike your blood sugar as quickly.

Plus, sourdough is made with simple, wholesome ingredients like flour, water, salt, and olive oil. No unnecessary additives, just real food.

Baking it from scratch has been such a rewarding experience. It takes patience, but the end result is so worth it 🤍
