Starting Pay: $18.00/hour

We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking person interested in learning a skilled trade while working part-time.

This position is ideal for someone who may be in school or trade school, as hours can be worked around a school schedule. You’ll start helping in the warehouse and around the property, then have opportunities to ride with our experienced technicians and learn the fireplace and gas service trade firsthand.

Duties may include warehouse work, preparing stoves and equipment, shop cleanup, light landscaping and property maintenance, snow removal, preparing service vehicles, and assisting technicians in the field.

For the right person, this can grow from a part-time job into full-time employment, technical training, apprenticeship opportunities, and the ability to work toward professional licensing in the gas service trade.

We’re looking for someone who is punctual, dependable, mechanically inclined, willing to learn, comfortable with physical work, and ready to work hard.

The Fire House Stove Shoppe is looking for a friendly, dependable person to join our team as a **Part-Time Sales Associate**.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people and has experience in **retail, sales, or customer service**. Knowledge of fireplaces, wood stoves, pellet stoves, or gas products is helpful, but definitely not required — we can teach you the stove side of the business.

**What we're looking for:**
• Friendly and comfortable talking with customers
• Retail, sales, or customer-service experience
• Dependable and able to work independently
• Willing to learn about our products
• Comfortable answering phones and helping customers in the showroom

**Schedule:**
🔥 Primarily Thursday Friday and weekends
☀️ During the summer, **we are closed on Sundays**, so the weekend schedule is reduced.

This could be a great position for someone looking for steady part-time work without committing to a full-time schedule.

His focus is on helping technicians develop safe, professional, and service-ready skills that can immediately apply to customer homes and businesses.
