In my opinion in a professional plumbing outlet it would be a good idea to carry things like self tapping screws devices with rubber washers and a bit od silicon or glue to plug leaking non pressurized tank at least for an emergency
But
That is against the profitable sales of non pressurized water tanks and I understand that
