WATERMELON BOWLS - A side dish and a bowl all in one!

Fresh, colorful, and bursting with flavor, Fruit Salads bring sweet, juicy refreshment to any occasion 🍓🍍🥝✨

Ingredients
🟣 Taffy Apple
20 ounces pineapple tidbits, with juice
3.4 ounces vanilla pudding
8 ounces Cool Whip
2 cups red apples, chopped
2 cups green apples, chopped
2 cups mini marshmallows
1½ cups dry roasted peanuts
Optional toppings
Caramel sauce
½ cup dry roasted peanuts, crushed
🟣 Apple
3 medium-sized Fuji apples (washed, cored, and diced)
2 medium-sized Granny Smith apples (washed, cored, and diced)
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1¾ cups miniature marshmallows
1½ cups celery, diced
1 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
½ cup mayonnaise, your favorite brand (I used Kraft Mayo)
⅓ cup sour cream
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
🟣 Grape
2 pounds seedless green grapes about 2.5 cups
2 pounds seedless red grapes about 2.5 cups
3 ounces cream cheese softened
¼ cup + 1 tablespoon sour cream
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
1 tablespoons light brown sugar
2½ tablespoons pecans chopped
🟣 Waldorf
Dressing
½ cup heavy whipping cream
¼ cup mayonnaise
Salad
1 cup diced Granny Smith apples, cored with the skin left on
1 cup diced Gala apples, cored with the skin left on
¾ cup finely diced celery
½ cup halved green seedless grapes, 3 to 4 extra halved grapes for an optional garnish
½ cup halved red seedless grapes, 3 to 4 extra halved grapes for an optional garnish
½ cup chopped walnuts
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon granulated sugar

🥒 CUCUMBER SALAD
1/2 c sour cream
1 1/2 Tbsp white vinegar
3 Tbsp chopped fresh dill
1 tsp granulated sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
2 English cucumbers
1/2 small red onion

🍝 MACARONI SALAD
1 lb elbow macaroni
1 c celery
1 c green or red bell pepper
3/4 c shredded carrots
2/3 c red onion
1 3/4 c mayonnaise
1/4 c sweet pickle relish
2 Tbsp granulated sugar
1/3 c distilled white vinegar
2 tsp yellow mustard
salt & pepper

🥪 ROOT BEER PULLED PORK
3-4 lb pork roast
12 oz root beer
18 oz bbq sauce
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp cajun seasoning
1 tsp smoked paprika

🍓 FRUIT SALAD
1 lb strawberries
2 c fresh pineapple
1 lb red seedless grapes
6 oz blueberries
6 oz blackberries
3 mandarin oranges
4 kiwi
2 Tbsp honey
1 medium lime

🫘 COWBOY BEANS
1 lb bacon
1 small yellow or white onion
1 small green bell pepper
1 lb lean ground beef
3 cans northern beans
3 cans red kidney beans
3 cans pork and beans
1 c brown sugar
1 c ketchup
3 tsp white vinegar
2 tsp yellow mustard

🫐 BLUEBERRY FLUFF
21 oz blueberry pie filling
1 1/4 c sweetened condensed milk
4 c Cool Whip
1/2 c sour cream
2 c mini marshmallows
1 3/4 c pineapple chunks
1 c sliced almonds
fresh blueberries

🥦 BROCCOLI CRUNCH SALAD
8 c fresh broccoli
1/2 red onion
1 c shredded carrots
1/2 c sunflower seed kernels
1/2 c dried cranberries
5 slices bacon
3/4 c mayonnaise
3 Tbsp honey
3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
salt & pepper

🍌 STRAWBERRY BANANA PUDDING
1 1/2 c heavy whipping cream
6.8 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
2 Tbsp confectioners sugar
24 oz evaporated milk
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 c sour cream
3 c vanilla wafers
3 c sliced bananas
