while the sewing room has been out of commission, i’ve been satiating my need to craft with crochet—

while we get it back in order so that i can bulk up on some small bags for OctoberFest At Swarthout's , i’ve created a little stock of some plushies to have at my table alongside my niche prints of lanyards, makeup bags, wallets, scrunchies, etc!

i’m back!

i needed a little hiatus from creating, the holiday season took a toll on my mental status. now that i’m feeling more like a person, i decided to get back to it in a much better place. i’m focusing this year on creating some new patterns, trying some new things, and really putting energy into things that make my heart happy. this is how i express myself, my art form, and trying to turn it into a career threw me into a tailspin. i’ll be taking more time to complete my goals instead of rushing for the sake of a sale. i love working on customs but i will be extending the timeline i previously have given in order to maintain my sanity and this will allow me to create for the sake of creating as well.

my goal has really always been to give everyone that piece of sunshine, that makes their own heart happy, that triggers memory or joy. hopefully, i continue to do that as i shift into a different mindset.
