Skills:
-Proven success in project coordination by managing multiple jobs and activities in a construction related field with at least two years experience.
-Ability to monitor projects from design through completion.
-Perform basic mathematical calculations and maintain budgets.
-Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
-Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees, supervisory personnel, and the public.
-Operate standard office equipment including a personal computer using program applications appropriate to assigned duties.
-Demonstrated intermediate skills with the features of various personal computer word processing and spreadsheet software (Microsoft Word and Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet, and proprietary software).
-Demonstrated ability to read and understand construction documentations including but not limited to plans and specifications.
-Experience with Prevailing Wage/ DIR a plus.
-Language Proficiency: English, Spanish a plus.
