Sticker Time - words in the window. I just got my transfer sticker in the mail and it is a very low number considering the number of residents in Essex and the flashing sign that’s been up for weeks. In the effort to not be stuck behind the person at the gate pleading that they didn’t know or they forgot to get it. It’s time to order your Essex transfer sticker.
