ATTENTION :If you have placed ab order you need to read this!

I had a Dell technician come out today to replace my keyboard on my laptop because some keys were sticking. That was the only issue with the laptop. All other diagnostics were fine.

In the process, this technician messed the motherboard up on my computer. So now I cannot use the laptop at all. They are going to fix it but I have to mail it to them, wait on repairs, and then wait for them to ship it back to me.

If you have a current order, please reach out to me and let me know whether you want to cancel your order or postpone the delivery date.

I am so sorry for any inconvenience. I am livid right now but unfortunately there isn’t anything I can do at the moment to resolve the issue.

I am shutting off orders for a few days. May start back Monday.

Last week my laptop crashed and so did my external hard drive that holds jist short of a million design files. (And yes, before someone says it- they were supposed to be backing up to online storage too. I have no idea when they stopping or why. Lesson learned to to keep a check on that in the future).

I have the laptop back up and almost 100% functional. Still have some things to fix, but those wohinder design work and can wait.

I have spent the entire day on the hard drive. At first it was reading that there was nothing there 2 TB free of 2 TB total space. I finally got it to start scanning files and it has found just about 300,00 as of now and still going. Let’s hope it can recover them all because although I can redownload a portion of those million, many are hand built designs and others I have no idea where I got them to replace them. Lord, knows I don’t want to have reorganize all those files either!!

And please let that time remaining be wrong and it not actually take 1,334 HOURS to finish!!

What a day!!! 😯

All orders will be running behind. After being sick last week, sat down to knock out orders and the laptop crashed. I have it up and running again but there are still a couple issues I need to work out. I will be gettthe orders out as quickly as possible but none will ship before at least Monday as I still have to do the transfers. I appreciate your patience.

Also, I have two that have placed orders but not paid yet. Please remember that I don’t start production until the order has been paid.
