- Join Capitello and Chef Keith Ellis (former owner of Cooks Pots & Tabletops) for a cooking demonstration, including a 4 course dinner and we kick it up a bit by pairing each prepared course with one of our hand crafted Oregon and New Zealand wines!!
- As always, menus are based on local and seasonal ingredients and offered to broaden your cooking for friends and family !
- Also for Sale before and after class, our Extra Virgin Olive Oils, 10 Year-Aged Balsamic Vinegar !

PS, Keith loves teaching classes and has enjoyed traveling and cooking in other kitchens. Whether it be knife skills, cheesemaking, developing menus for entertaining or learning new cooking techniques, he is available for either a social or business team-building !

Hey Eugene! It's time for us to hang up our aprons and turn off the stove.
The Retirement sale has been an overwhelming success and our stock is very low. But you have some time and there are still some great buys available. So get in quick, as we are officially closing our Retail Store on Saturday , March 3rd at 5pm !
Thanks so much for being great customers, wonderful students and making Cook's Pots & Tabletops successful.

Join Chefs Erin and Patrick of Tasty n Sons for a Cooking in Spring class featuring a cast iron fritatta with asparagus nettles leeks and goat cheese. Their version of chilequiles verde with roasted chicken. And a dessert of panna cotta with rhubarb compote !

This class will showcase some good roasting techniques as well as a varied prep dishes that are not so common but very approachable. You will learn about some neat but not so commonly used spring veggies as well !
