I know I don’t post much but wanted to share
The 8th annual Haiti Holiday Marketplace event is coming up this Saturday at the Oakway Center December 3rd from 10am-5pm!

The advertisements of black Friday this year felt overwhelming to me so I hesitate to say please come shop some more, but the reason I love THIS sale is because not only are you supporting individuals working for their own livelihood, but also because a large portion of our proceeds will go directly to Zel Haiti, a non-profit that creates jobs for Haitians to earn a dignified, fair wage so they can provide food, shelter, clothes and education for their children!!

Anyway, I will be there selling candles alongside other local artists with their handmade soaps, cards, handbags, jewelry, leather products and more. We'll also be selling Haitian made goods including ornaments jewelry, baskets and metal art.

I would love to have you join me in supporting the Haitian people this holiday!!

I’ll be this Saturday from 5-8pm ! They will have wine and desserts and some fun shopping for Mother’s Day 🤗

This is why it is important to wick test, the two on the left are the same oil two different wicks the one in the middle obviously isn’t burning quite enough. The one on the right is the same wick as the middle but it’s burning well because it’s a different oil. There is so much more testing to wooden wicks then I ever realized!
