Hand delivered a special custom branded order all the way to far west Texas. Branded cups for my lifelong friend’s business. Gathered amongst the tribe I was raised with to celebrate the life of Charlie Bell. The man who first put clay in my hands at age six, taught me to carve a print plate from styrofoam, recycle paper by blending it to pulp to make new paper art, gave me an entire section of a wall to paint my addition to a group mural at 10 years old, and taught me that art is everywhere and can come from everything. Without this man instilling so much creativity into me from a young age I truly know I would not be the maker and creative I am today. Thank you Charlie Bell for inspiring and guiding us all to our inner flames.

Getting back into a making cycle after spending some time away from a consistent studio practice. My hands have stayed busy in other ways over the past few months. Teaching pottery classes and giving massage/ bodywork has been my primary purpose as of lately. Feeling eager, excited and motivated to carve out more consistent studio time and create a flow with all my practices.

Reinvigorated after some time away I have been dedicating this season to making and dialing in processes. Excited to be venturing out into the outdoor market world this spring and summer!

Yesterday I clocked out and closed the doors at the Craft Center for the last time. Closing the doors on the last seven years of this profoundly impactful chapter of my life was filled with big emotion. This space held me, made me feel secure, pushed me to grow and so much more. Many goodbyes and see ya laters were shared, paired with tears in my eyes. An abundance of gratitude for every single person who I shared time with here. Anxiously excited to embark on opening many more doors to come in the next chapters.
