10 YEARS AGO! Ten years ago yesterday, Cozy had a soft opening, without any advertising, and still somehow you found us! Just today we discovered we could look up the transactions from those first two days...It's so fun to see so many familiar names and know that you still come in! If your name is on this list, tell us when you come in next and we have a little thank you treat for you. And even if it's not, thank you to all of you who have been part of Cozy's story over the last ten years! We can't wait to see what comes with the next ten!

This is very relevant right now; we're seeing people show up more often in the shop with unworkable AI patterns. Ravelry seems to still be a good pattern source, but many direct-download and Etsy-purchased patterns are showing up as AI-generated work, whether it's just the photos or the actual pattern itself.
