2025 forced me to get honest about wellness.
Between being a mom, a wife, launching two new businesses, and navigating Lyme disease after a tick bite in May, I didn’t have time for wellness trends that looked good online but didn’t actually make an impact (or ones that maybe were helpful but took up way too much time).
So I focused on habits that were attainable, repeatable, and proven. These are the wellness practices I’m intentionally carrying into 2026.
1️⃣Strength & resistance training.
I resisted it for years. I still don’t always love it. But it works, and my body is very clear when I skip it that this habit is a non-negotiable.
2️⃣Sleep.
Same bedtime. Same wake time. Boring, yes. Powerful, absolutely. This became non-negotiable after Lyme.
3️⃣Protein-fueled mornings
Daily protein lattes are staying. This is where fits seamlessly into real life.
Clean Coffee + Chocolate Collagen for me. Matcha + Vanilla Collagen for him. Delicious, easy, and something we’ve stuck with for 3 years because it actually works.

Code HOW2HAILEY saves 20–40% this week between BOGO, brand packaging refreshes, and new customers.
4️⃣Not skipping meals.
Busy days happen. Equip Prime Protein Beef Isolate has been my reliable backup for years when lunch doesn’t. Smooth, easy to digest, and it gets me through until dinner.
5️⃣Intentional 5-second pauses.
Before the next task. Before getting in the car. Small moments to remind your nervous system it’s safe to slow down.
6️⃣Daily supplements that actually work.
I’ve stopped collecting half-used bottles. .co prenatal, NAC, and omega have been daily staples for years because they’re simple, effective, and easy to stay consistent with.
None of this is about perfection.
It’s about choosing habits and products that actually fit real life and last.
Which one are you taking into 2026?
