2025 forced me to get honest about wellness.

Between being a mom, a wife, launching two new businesses, and navigating Lyme disease after a tick bite in May, I didn’t have time for wellness trends that looked good online but didn’t actually make an impact (or ones that maybe were helpful but took up way too much time).

So I focused on habits that were attainable, repeatable, and proven. These are the wellness practices I’m intentionally carrying into 2026.

1️⃣Strength & resistance training.
I resisted it for years. I still don’t always love it. But it works, and my body is very clear when I skip it that this habit is a non-negotiable.

2️⃣Sleep.
Same bedtime. Same wake time. Boring, yes. Powerful, absolutely. This became non-negotiable after Lyme.

3️⃣Protein-fueled mornings
Daily protein lattes are staying. This is where fits seamlessly into real life.
Clean Coffee + Chocolate Collagen for me. Matcha + Vanilla Collagen for him. Delicious, easy, and something we’ve stuck with for 3 years because it actually works.

4️⃣Not skipping meals.
Busy days happen. Equip Prime Protein Beef Isolate has been my reliable backup for years when lunch doesn’t. Smooth, easy to digest, and it gets me through until dinner.

5️⃣Intentional 5-second pauses.
Before the next task. Before getting in the car. Small moments to remind your nervous system it’s safe to slow down.

6️⃣Daily supplements that actually work.
I’ve stopped collecting half-used bottles. .co prenatal, NAC, and omega have been daily staples for years because they’re simple, effective, and easy to stay consistent with.

None of this is about perfection.
It’s about choosing habits and products that actually fit real life and last.

Which one are you taking into 2026?

Don’t knock it till you try it! With 22 g of protein per serving, sardine melts are an easy meal made with pantry staples, delivering tons of good-for-you omegas.

And I get it, I was a skeptic too, because the cartoons growing up all told us that sardines were gross. But when .natalieunderberg made this for me last year, I was immediately hooked.

Y’all, it tastes and smells very similar to tuna but with much better nutrients and less mercury. No big dealio!

I love to serve it on fresh sourdough or my multigrain seeded gluten-free sourdough. It’s also great with crackers, crisp veggies, or on a salad with some walnuts for crunch.

You brave enough to try something new?

As a chef with a focus on low-tox living, having a “clean” cleaning solution is vitally important to me! Messy counters, raw meat on surfaces, oil spatters, and stinky fridges...

is hands down my favorite solution. It simply converts salt + vinegar + water into in all-in-one cleaner, deodorizer, sanitizer, and disinfectant that is family (and pet) friendly!

That’s why it’s my go-to for every day cleaning, and especially for

Comment “CLEAN” and I’ll send you and code for $55 off a 1-year starter bundle. That’s less than $1.65 per bottle of cleaner!

Some of the delicious dishes I made for .

Everything was gluten-free and dairy-free. But I’ll never be satisfied with the phrase “it’s good… for gluten-free”. No! I work very hard to make things that are incredible but happen to be gluten and dairy free :)

Each meal had a focus on protein and whole foods, eating seasonally where possible.

Most of our meats were from including the ground beef, chicken, steak, bacon, and breakfast sausage.

Produce from local farmers with organic growing practices, much of which was from (including the eggs)

My culinary MVPs are (the only salt I use) and (my go-to olive oils)

The drink bar was stocked with everyone’s favorites of and

And a special shoutout to our favorite local hummus company for providing a delicious variety of seed-oil-free hummus and smooth vanilla lattes

In order of pictures, here’s the meals:

• Jamaican Jerk Chicken with mango slaw, roasted veggies, and the creamiest roasted garlic mashed potatoes
• My signature rose apple tart with dairy-free whipped cream
• Zucchini potato fritters with sunny side up eggs, bacon, leftover steak, and a fall harvest breakfast salad
• Steak bowls, with the most tender and flavorful flank steak from
• Plenty of Gluten-free sourdough bread
• Tacos and Nacho night with sweet pulled pork, ground beef with my homemade taco seasoning, and
• Gluten-free baked goodies like pumpkin chocolate chip muffins, banana-nut muffins, dark chocolate crinkle cookies, and GF sourdough chocolate chip cookies
• Quiche with delicata squash, sage sausage, garlic, and chives. And a roasted beet and rosemary walnut salad that everyone said was the best salad they’d ever had
• Peanut butter chocolate dipped bananas with organic crunchy peanut butter.

We work hard to provide the cleanest balanced meals for our guests, partnering with brands who share our same mission. Thank you to all those who contributed to a flavorful and beautiful weekend!

So proud of my mom and how far she and her business have come!

Fiedler Films did such an incredible job capturing her brand story and seeing talent 🤍
