Should you consider staging the front door and porch for a listing? I mean you could skip it but a first impression can do so much before guests even steps foot in any home. Living in a home is so much more of an experience when the outside feels this good.

Renovating this property was a highlight of my portfolio, yielding a tremendous sense of accomplishment and creating some real memorable moments in the renovation and home staging sense. As one of four units updated a s brought to life in a 4-plex, it successfully transitioned into a lucrative Airbnb/short-term rental. Ultimately, the property was listed, sold fully furnished last year, and has continued to thrive under new ownership.
