π½οΈ Spinach And Artichoke Dip Wonton Cups π½οΈ
π Ingredients:
πΏ Fresh chopped parsley, to garnish.
π§ 3 cloves of garlic, minced.
π₯ 24 wonton wrappers.
πΆοΈ 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes.
π§ 4 ounces cream cheese, cubed.
π₯¬ 8 ounces frozen spinach, thawed.
π½οΈ 14 ounces marinated artichoke hearts, chopped.
π§ 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
πΆοΈ 1/2 cup shredded pepper jack cheese.
π§΄ Olive oil spray.
π Instructions:
1οΈβ£ Combine the spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, pepper jack cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic, and red pepper flakes in a mixing bowl. π₯
2οΈβ£ Preheat the oven to 350Β° F. Spray a cupcake tin with olive oil spray and press the wonton wrappers down using your fingers. Bake the wonton wrappers for 5 minutes. π₯
3οΈβ£ Fill the wonton cups with 1 tbsp of the filling and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the wonton wrappers are golden brown and the filling is heated through. β°
4οΈβ£ Garnish with parsley and serve hot! π½οΈ
