Tonight was not a “fun” project night. Instead of sewing or even cutting, I had to do my least favorite chore: pressing. I am taking a small break from finishing projects and starting on this fun day tote pattern by Annie’s! It came as a kit complete with everything needed for the tote and adorable matching clutch, but that meant that the fabric was terribly wrinkled. I had to spray each of 6 fabrics down with distilled water and then iron. Zarra and I are currently waiting for them to dry before the cutting can begin.

“What do you mean you’re not done cutting all 765 pieces for the Christmas quilt?? Hurry up!” Yes, Zarra… 😮‍💨
