REMODEL GEM

We used their existing cabinets and painted them white with a charcoal glaze. This is a cost effective update when your cabinets are in good shape and the layout is functional. Added two-tone black and stainless handles. Updated to a one level island with matching cabinets on the back.

We drastically changed the look of their existing natural (& yellowish) hickory hardwood floor to a more modern cocoa stain with matte finish.

Other updates to include new lighting, tile, sinks, faucets, Cambria quartz countertops, paint, hardware.............all helped transform this home's main floor in no time and on budget!

LOVE the BOLD contrast of the matte black with the marble in these two bathrooms!!!
From the freestanding tub & tub filler, the wall mount lavatory faucet & vessel sink, the crystal pendants within the geometric framed chandeliers ......... to the full walls of interlocking diamond marble mosaics & polished porcelain marble attache.........these bathrooms were incredibly fun to design!

What fun to have complete control in creating a shower design I'd never seen before........a diagonal ombre herringbone......out of textured shiney subway tiles! The vanity, beautiful Cambria quartz (countertop, splash and curb) all tie in perfectly with the polished nickel fixtures. Love the unique pendants; don't be afraid to go big!
