You all know I am usually somewhere between Adam Sandler meets art teacher, a walking rainbow (I love a color block moment), or hopping on the magic school bus as a modern Ms. Frizzle... 🌈😂HOWEVER

When it comes to family photos, I actually love reeling it into soft earthy neutrals and warm tones. 🤎

For our Mother’s Day photos, I planned everyone in creams, tans, ivories, soft whites, and muted earthy colors because I wanted the scenery to feel cohesive and balanced.

And honestly? Neutral color palettes are always a great default option without much effort needed or added stress.

They photograph beautifully in almost any setting and give photos that soft, timeless feel without distracting from the people in them. Mixing textures, layers, and slightly different shades keeps everything coordinated while still feeling natural and relaxed ✨

So yes… my everyday life may have Lisa Frank inspirations
…but my family photo styling tips are very much from the Pinterest board vibe we all love. 🌅

As my small business continues to grow, I thought I would post this as a guide to booking a session with me!

These sessions are intentionally created to provide a stress-free and flexible experience to add to your keepsakes and memories.
All sessions are intended to be in the good ole' outdoors where we can capture both the seasons of the weather and the seasons of life.

What to Expect:
Upon booking a session with me, you'll answer a questionnaire so I know your vibe the day of the session. Here is a little bit of my vibe:
I go with the flow and by that I mean go with no flow. We have a plan, of course, but the flow is flexible.

The flow is really about reading the room such as making sure the kiddo gets those solo shots in before the inevitable explosion, catching that split-second authentic laugh, or locking in on a quiet moment of eye contact. The structure is there… but it bends when it needs to. The flow is flowing, ya know?

You’ll also probably catch me rocking some funky colorful outfits from time to time, very modern Ms. Frizzle energy. I like to have fun, keep things light, and let that playful energy ripple through the entire session.

We are a family ran operation with a few friends for support! We love sharing our home with you all. Be sure to tag us on your photos on Facebook, IG and TikTok
Open April 1st 8am-7pm CST every day throughout May! Remember, our garden changes daily, and as the early bloomers fade away, our Mid Spring and late spring bloomers will just be starting. This is all dependent on Mother Nature. 🍫 We will have snacks and drinks available 🌟 Be sure to visit our surrounding counties (Pike, Gibson, Knox in Indiana and Wabash in Illinois) 💴$5 a person ages 5 and up. 🎪Weekends are the busiest and can be VERY busy. Especially Mother’s Day. 🚙Cart rides for persons with ambulatory deficits can be done, but by chance or if staff is available. 🍷Wine slushees and beer available if bartenders on duty. 🐕No pets! ( we love them but just can’t have them out here). 👫Children must be supervised AT ALL TIMES and within arm’s length. This is for their safety as well as the preservation of our garden! Remember, we are not a park or playground. 🧜‍♀️No one allowed in the water features. 🧺You can bring a picnic lunch. 🛑No alcoholic beverages can be brought in. 🗺️The path is as long as you want it to be! ⏰Stay an hour to several hours! Plenty of places to sit and enjoy! Open 8 am to 7 pm seven days a week. If you need more information, send a message to the page.
