Elviraā€™s Cassandra Peterson will appear as a witch named ā€œCassandraā€ in R.L. Stineā€™s Pumpkinhead 2. The film will appear via Tubi on October 9.

Despite the title, it is unrelated to the other Pumpkinhead series of horror films, as these new films are adaptations of R.L. Stineā€™s 1999 short story Pumpkinhead from his Nightmare Hour collection.

In addition to Tubiā€™s 2025 film and this yearā€™s sequel, R.L. Stineā€™s Pumpkinhead was previously adapted for the Haunting Hour TV series in 2011.

Though none of the prior adaptations have featured Cassandra ā€œElviraā€ Peterson!
