Creative Friends,🎨🖌️

This is the notice I have battled for awhile which makes me a bit sad, but I also know it is best. After much thought and prayer I have decided to close most of my business, Vicki Jean Wilson Art.
The elimination will be this Facebook business page and Instagram, commissions, art shows, no gallery representation, online and in person art classes, (except I will continue after the first of the year, to give classes to some very special ladies I love, once a week.)

This has been very difficult for me to finally come to this decision. Some of you know I have several Autoimmune diseases that are causing other heath issues too. Three years ago, my husband and I made multiple trips to Nashville for 6 months, which did not get the lasting results I wanted. Last year I was diagnosed with Afib. In September, I had to have a knee replacement, and this Wednesday will be having a knee manipulation done because of issues I am having.
So I know now in my heart, God is telling me to BE STILL. 💗
This will give more time for my husband, family, and fur babies, doing what I can when I can, and enjoying life.

I want to express my LOVE to each of you for following along with me, buying my art, and taking classes from me in various locations and also online.

Your FRIENDSHIP, SUPPORT,& KINDNESS have meant so much.

I wanted to cozy up a bedroom a bit, mainly for relaxing and reading, so I have been working on a makeover to a previously painted faux grey brick wall.
Adding the darker earthy tones to the previous brick, sure did warm up the room.😊

I am excited to share with you the First Seton Art Show! This will be a raffle style art auction that benefits the mission of Young And Established.
I have been blessed to be the art teacher there at Seton for a few years, and I am proud of the Sister’s and what they have created.
Be sure to check out the time open for the public this Wednesday the 16th.
Myself, and other local artists will also have artwork featured.
Hope to see you there this Wednesday from 6:00-7:30. 😊

Welcome to Vicki Wilson Art!

I love to paint! Paint, and teach others to paint!

I enjoy using palette knives and brushes to create layers and textures of rich color. My passion is teaching others to find their creative outlet through painting. My classes are offered online, at your home, or also your business.

Painting has always been a passion of mine and in January of 2015. I began full time with my business selling home decor at markets and art shows and also teaching others to have fun painting and exploring their creativity.
