Hi. 🙂

I make customized Memory Quilts, Shawls, and other Handcrafted Items, since 2006. Please see me over at Anna and Her Sewing Machine.

I’m also a Grief & Transition Coach, and future Art Therapist.

I used to do hands-on interior design and staging. I still do Consultations: interior re-design, staging, paint colors, furnishings, carpet, etc.

Some of the techniques I use in group and individual sessions are: Paint From Your Soul, Heartwork Journaling, Soul Collage, Color Energy Meditation, and Dream Tending, etc.

I will be adding Retreats at a future time.
