We’ve had a lot of questions about where our fragrance oils will be available once we close our doors and the answer is pretty standard - you can't, right now. While this is a disappointing answer, continue reading for an explanation.

Fragrance oil formulations from Cierra are proprietary and they are also formulated exclusively for us. When we bring on new fragrances, we ask our fragrance manufacturers if they have what we are looking for in their library. If they do, then they formulate that particular fragrance to our specifications, which include: what chemicals we want or do not want in them; what they will be used for (soap, other bath and body products such as lotion, room spray, candles, diffusers, etc.), priority for what waxes we want it to perform in; how much we expect to sell of that fragrance in a given year; and the range of price per pound we are willing to pay. This is why you might order say, Volcano from us and then a sample from another supplier and they likely will not smell the same, and/or perform in your finished product the same.
