👋🏼 It's time for a little "get to know us" post, as we've added some new followers recently. Welcome! We're glad you're here.

🤝🏼 Since our founding in 1978, Union Place has always been family-operated and deeply committed to our local community in Excelsior, Minnesota. We began as a mom-and-pop textiles and interior design shop founded by Ann Fenger. One generation later, Ann’s daughter Maud took on the business along with her husband Brian Duggan. In 2000, Maud and Brian added high-tech home systems () to Union Place’s growing collection of home design services, maintaining the hands-on, collaborative approach they’d become known for.

🫶🏼 If you are in need of interior design or home technology services, give us a call today. We'd love to partner with you on your next project!
