Happy one year to Sunny Hyde Up 🧇🥂

From these awesome guys serving up incredible chicken & waffles to our design serving as the backdrop for so many of your memories over the last year, this project has been one of our absolute favorites to bring to life!!! Celebrating the completion of one of our coolest projects and first birthday feels pretty surreal. Every time we try and sneak by for brunch it is packed out with reservations, a true testament to how awesome the food really is!

A space full of personality, comfort, and a whole lot of good food is exactly the kind of place we love helping create. We couldn’t have done it without the support and ex*****on from . Thanks for letting us be part of the story for many many years to come!☀️

Precision is quiet.

A custom alcove plaster range hood with integrated marble niches. Reeded detailing on custom white oak cabinetry. A curved white oak island designed to soften the kitchen’s architectural lines. Every material, finish, and detail selected with intention.

The most refined spaces are never accidental. They are built through thoughtful details that quietly shape the way a home feels.

There’s a moment in every project where the dust settles just enough to see what it’s becoming… and this Tennessee home is right there.

Demo is officially behind us, and we made space for something entirely new. Now, the bones are coming to life! The framing is up, electrical is weaving its way through the walls, and for the first time, you can actually feel the new layout taking shape. It’s no longer just plans and renderings… it’s real, y’all!!!

Right now, we’re deep in one of those deceptively small but wildly important decisions: floor stain. The tone has to be just right, rich, historical, warm, but not heavy. Elevated, but still grounded. It’s the kind of choice that will quietly carry the entire home. What’s your favorite?

Meanwhile, behind the scenes, our team has been curating, sourcing, and refining every single piece that will eventually land here. Furniture, textiles, pillows, books… all thoughtfully collected, all waiting for their moment. And if you know us, you know that final install is where everything shifts. Where months of intention, details, and decisions come together in a way that feels effortless. But let me tell you, never is.

For now, we’re embracing the in-between. The raw, the imperfect, the full-of-potential phase that most people never see, but it’s where the magic really starts!

Since you all made the primary bathroom go viral… it only felt right to finally give you the full tour!!! 💁🏼‍♀️

Every angle. Every texture. Every little detail that made this space impossible to scroll past.

The fluted marble walls bring in that soft drama catching the light in the most beautiful way throughout the day.

And the concrete bathtub is such a moment. 🤌🏼 Grounding, sculptural, and effortlessly elevated!

This entire space was designed to feel calm, indulgent, and deeply intentional.
Quiet luxury in its purest form, layered with materials that feel timeless yet unforgettable.

Honestly… we totally get the obsession. 🫶🏼

Finally revealing the bathroom that’s been living rent free in everyone’s head since we showed it in progress!

This luxurious bathroom is full of special details that are quietly breaking the internet, stalking my DMs, and getting way too many ‘okay but when do we get to see THIS?’ messages… So here it is! The obsession is real with this one!

Before a single thing is built, this is where the design truly begins. 🤎

Our material curation process is where vision meets intention. Every finish you see in a home, wood tones, stone slabs, fabrics, metals, and paint, is carefully selected, layered, and refined long before installation day.

We don’t just choose materials individually. We study how they interact. How a warm oak pairs with a veined marble. How a textured fabric softens a structured space. How subtle contrasts create depth while continuity creates calm.

This phase is about more than aesthetics. It is about balance, scale, durability, and the way a space will feel to live in every day.Through large sample layouts, side by side comparisons, and renderings, we test and refine each combination until everything feels cohesive and effortless.

Because when the foundation is thoughtfully curated, the final result is not just beautiful, it feels intentional, elevated, and entirely your own.

Clean lines, layered textures, and a palette that was never trying too hard. Three years later, it still feels just as timeless.

Looking back on it now, it’s more than a finished project, but it’s a snapshot of where we were. Since then, we’ve strongly refined our process, pushed our creativity, and learned what to hold onto and what to leave behind.

But this one reminds us that when the design foundation is right, it lasts. And that’s something we’ve carried with us ever since. 🤎

The crew behind all the magic 🤎

What you see is the finished product, but what you don’t always see is the collaboration, the ideas bouncing, the problem solving, the laughs, and the “wait…one more tweak” moments that get us there. It takes a full team, all in, every time.

Grateful for this group and the way they show up for the work, for each other, and for every space we bring to life. Different strengths, but a shared vision. That’s what makes it all work.
