Rather than filling the room, we focused on creating experiences.

A cozy sectional for movie nights, a game table for afternoons with family, a writing desk tucked beneath the window, and a vintage telescope that encourages you to pause and take in the view. Every detail contributes to a space that's designed to be lived in.

Designed as a retreat within a retreat.

Tucked beneath the eaves, the upstairs family room at our was envisioned as a place to gather, unwind, and take in the water views. A generous sectional, game table, vintage furnishings, and layered natural textures create a flexible space that's equally suited for quiet mornings and family game nights.

Hallways are often overlooked, but we see them as an opportunity to create rhythm throughout a home.

At our , vertical paneling, warm white oak floors, vintage artwork, and collected accessories guide you toward the upstairs family room. Framed by views from one thoughtfully designed space to the next, the hallway becomes more than a passageway - it becomes part of the experience.

Small spaces deserve just as much attention as the rooms we spend the most time in.

For this bathroom at our , warm white oak, polished marble, rich blue tile, and aged brass create a timeless palette that feels both fresh and rooted in the home's coastal character. Thoughtfully layered materials prove that even the smallest spaces can make a lasting impression.

A collected home is built one thoughtful detail at a time. Our is a reflection of that philosophy.

From the antique brass porthole mirror to the vintage stool and thoughtfully layered textiles, each piece was selected to bring depth, history, and personality to this bedroom. The result is a space that feels timeless rather than trend-driven.

Beautiful design is about more than what you see; it's about how a space works. In the second bedroom of our , custom under-bed drawers provide generous hidden storage, making the room as functional as it is timeless.

As another summer at the shore begins to wind down, we're reminded that the best outdoor spaces aren't just beautiful - they become the backdrop for slow breakfasts, lingering dinners, and countless memories with family and friends.

Designed to embrace the landscape and blur the line between indoors and out, the outdoor living spaces we've created over the years celebrate the simple moments that make summer unforgettable.

Here's to one more sunset and a wonderful Labor Day weekend!

The primary bedroom in our was designed as a quiet retreat. Wrapped in Benjamin Moore's Nimbus Gray, the soft color palette creates a calming backdrop, while the addition of ceiling beams introduces warmth, texture, and a subtle coastal character. Paired with natural materials and layered textiles, the space feels timeless, relaxed, and perfectly suited for slow mornings by the water.
