We have new hours!!

We are now open for “walk-ins”
Tues-Fri, 1-6pm, and Saturdays 10am-4pm.
Please wear a mask during these hours for the health of your fellow shoppers.

If you prefer to limit contact, we are still offering appointments Tues-Fri 10:30am-Noon.
Porch pick-ups are also still an option.

Open Spinning Sessions - Cancelled

Open spinning sessions will return!!

In the meantime, consider using FaceTime, Skype, or Zoom to spin along with a friend or two. No, you won't be able to fo**le their fiber, but you will be able to hear the calming whirr of their wheel as well as yours!

COVID-19 Reminders:

If you CAN stay home, STAY HOME.

Wash your hands for 20 seconds (it's a loong time) with soap and hot water.

If you feel ill, call your doctor before going in.

If you are stuck on a project, knitting, crocheting, weaving, spinning, basketry, or even dyeing, we can still help you.

If you have pictures you want us to look at, please text them to 907-322-5225. That's my (Susan's) cell phone. Many questions can be answered with a quick text exchange.

No smart phone📱, no problem! E-mail photos to [email protected] Not as quick as texting, but still works great!

If you need more help, we can connect thru FaceTime (for Apple iOS people) or Zoom (for non-Apples). Please call 907-374-1995 to schedule an appointment, and allow at least 30 minutes for us to get our act together.🏃‍♀️

Let us help you shop!

While we will not be open our regular hours during the next few weeks, and we don't have an online store, we can still provide you with yarns, fibers, and tools during this interesting time.

First, if you know what you want, just call or e-mail with your list (907-374-1995 or [email protected]). We will gather your materials, send you a PayPal invoice, and either mail your order, or have it set for curbside pick-up.

Second, over the next few days, I will be making several short video tours of various sections of the shop. As soon as those are uploaded to YouTube, I will send out the links. Each video will target a specific section, so you can easily choose which one(s) to watch.

Finally, we are still taking special orders for wheels, looms, and sweater quantities of yarn. Please be aware that some of our suppliers are not currently shipping due to closure mandates in their city or state. We will let you know as soon as possible if your order is affected.
