🌿✨ WE'RE HIRING! ✨🌿

Do you light up a room?

Love working with your hands? Know how to make a table full of strangers feel like old friends by the end of the afternoon?

We're looking for a Traveling Workshop Artist to lead our sold-out Paint Your Own Monstera Leaf ceramic workshops across the DMV 🎨🪴

This isn't a desk job.

It's greenhouses, plant shops, paint on your fingers, belly laughs with strangers, and watching adults rediscover what it feels like to

MAKE something with their hands. 💚

✨ What's in it for you:
🌱 Competitive per-workshop pay
🚗 Travel stipend + mileage reimbursement
🎨 All materials provided
📅 Weekend workshops (flexible bookings)
💌 A loyal following & sold-out sessions
🌿 What we need from you:
• A strong artistic background
• Teaching or workshop experience
• Reliable transportation
• DMV-based (DC/MD/VA)
• Warm, energetic, unflappable vibes

If you're the kind of person who can turn a folding table into a magical afternoon — we want to meet you. 💛

Jimmy Potters Ceramics is growing, and we need a Traveling Workshop Artist to help us bring joy, clay, and monstera leaves to plant shops all across the DMV. 🎨🪴
Here's the vibe: You + a table of adults + paints + handcrafted ceramic monstera leaf dishes + a greenhouse full of good energy. Every workshop is a little party where strangers become friends over paintbrushes and belly laughs. 💚

✅ Lead our sold-out Paint Your Own Monstera Leaf workshops (~1.5 hrs, up to 20 guests)
✅ Travel to plant shops, greenhouses, and events across DC, Maryland & Virginia
✅ Set up, teach painting techniques, keep the energy high, break down

The perks:
💰 Competitive per-workshop pay + travel stipend
🚗 Mileage reimbursement
🎨 All materials provided
📅 Weekend-based, flexible bookings
📈 1099 independent contractor role
We're looking for someone who:
🌱 Has a strong artistic background & teaching experience
🌱 Has reliable transportation & lives in the DMV
🌱 Is warm, punctual, adaptable, and just plain FUN to be around
🌱 Loves plants, people, and making beautiful things
If this sounds like you (or someone you know), we'd love to hear from you! 💛
