Great Idea!!!! Someone made pancake sticks using the fruit leather trays!!!!

Pancake sticks using fruit trays:

They used Red Mill gluten free pancake mix, but I’m sure you could use any mix you have. She made the mix as normal. Then filled the strips about half way with batter then added the toppings she wanted. She used all three of the trays. She set the Airfryer to bake at 350 degree for 20 minutes. She rotated the trays once when she could see the top tray was browning, by moving the top tray to the bottom position, the middle tray to the top position, and bottom tray to middle position. She kept rotating them till all were brown on top. She suggested addi ng an extra 3 minutes for the blueberry ones.

Report they turned out delicious! And her family loved them!
