✨ When exceptional craftsmanship meets thoughtful design

This stunning new construction was a dream to stage, with beautiful architectural details, elevated finishes, and thoughtful design choices throughout. Every s**ce reflects the care and vision behind the build, creating a home that feels both sophisticated
and inviting.

It’s always a pleasure to collaborate with a builder who takes such pride in the details. Our goal was to complement the home’s architecture, highlight its standout features, and bring warmth and purpose to every s**ce through thoughtful staging.

A beautiful home deserves to be presented at its very best. 🤍

The value of great staging goes far beyond what meets the eye. ✨
Behind every thoughtfully designed s**ce is an investment in quality furnishings, careful curation, and attention to detail.

From sourcing and maintaining our inventory to selecting the right pieces for each property, every decision is made with purpose.

Because staging isn't just about filling a s**ce. It's about creating an experience that helps buyers envision the possibilities.

A bathroom for little ones that will grow right along with them. ✨

For this renovation, the goal was to create a s**ce that felt playful and full of personality, while still standing the test of time. Thoughtful details bring in the fun, while timeless finishes and a classic foundation ensure the s**ce can evolve as the kids
do.

Because great design isn’t just about how a s**ce looks today — it’s about how it lives for years to come.

Luxury staging is about more than making a home beautiful. It’s about creating a feeling.

For this property, the goal was to create warm, inviting s**ces that felt elevated and luxurious, while still allowing potential buyers to imagine themselves living there.

Every room was thoughtfully layered with scale, texture, color, and carefully selected furnishings to create a sense of comfort and sophistication. Because the most memorable homes aren’t necessarily the ones that feel the most perfect—they’re the ones that make you want to stay.

The result? This property sold for $1.6 million over asking. ✨

For me, luxury staging is about understanding the architecture, highlighting what makes a home special, and creating an emotional connection that helps buyers see not just a house, but a life they could envision there.

Beautiful s**ces sell—but s**ces people connect with leave an impression.

A modern spa retreat, designed to feel warm and inviting. ✨

For this primary bath renovation, the goal was to create a s**ce that felt serene and spa-like, while still having a modern, refined aesthetic.

We layered clean lines and contemporary finishes with warm tones, natural textures, and thoughtful details to keep the s**ce from feeling cold or overly minimal. The result is a bathroom that feels sophisticated, calming, and—most importantly—like a place to truly unwind.

A little bit of luxury, a lot of warmth, and a s**ce designed for everyday rituals. 🤍

The window isn’t the boundary. 📐

Part 3 of The Math Behind Good Design is all about drapery—and how a few inches can completely change the way a room feels.

Hang your rod as high as possible, often 2–6" below the ceiling or crown molding, extend it 10–12" beyond the window on each side, and let your drapes just touch the floor.

The result? Windows—and a room—that feel larger, taller, and more intentional.

Save this one for your next window treatment project.
